+ Funds must be received at the Arthritis Foundation, Northern California Chapter Office by 5PM on April 30th

- All prizes except the Grand Prize will be drawn and announced on May 2nd at the Arthritis Walk in San Jose
- Grand prize winner will be drawn on May 30th at the Arthritis Walk in San Francisco
